Larry and his team have a remarkable work ethic and understanding of what it takes to make a project successful. This allows us the confidence to take on projects with aggressive scheduling and in-depth coordination requirements. Their versatility is also a tool for us. In the past we were using three specialized detailing firms to get the same product we get from KVD. This allows for seamless overlays / coordination which helps free up our project management team to say focused on other tasks.

This correspondence is provided as testimony to the outstanding services received from KVD. Having not heard about their capabilities we engaged the services of another detailing outfit for a very important client of ours. The project was over 50,000SF with parking on the roof. The project schedule was extremely aggressive. The original detailing company continued to ask questions over a month’s period and would not begin the drawings. Frustrated, we were lucky enough to find KVD. Given the same set of drawings as the original detailer they proceeded to detail the entire job in less than 2 weeks, with only a handful of questions.
Their work was impeccable as the steel has been erected with no problems. They saved my “skin.” As a professional engineer, I appreciated the accuracy and speed of their services.
